What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through creditcards only.

What is the status of my order?
When the order placed by you is confirmed, you will be sent with an order confirmation mail. Once the order is shipped, a mail will be sent with the shippment tracking details. we follow the same procedure even, when a order is cancelled. We will keep you informed at every possible stage.
 
Cancelling my order
You can request to cancel any items within your order that are currently in the status "In Process". Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel the items requested.
 
In order to request an order cancellation,please send us your order details(order no, order placed date) to our Customercare Deapartment.
 
Problem or issue with my order
